We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.
We currently offer two shipping options. First, we can ship your package via regular letter mail if it is within the weight and size limits for shipping oversized mailers as determined by Canada Post. It is a low flat-rate, and does not include tracking. Please note that Bend & Snap is not liable for any delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. The other shipping option includes tracking via Canada Post. Upon fulfillment of your order, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase; therefore, if you are not happy with the item that you received, please message us and let us know how we can make it right!
