These are sold individually. The little velvet hearts are adhered to a 30 mm alligator clip with teeth. They are tiny, and the clip has tiny little teeth to ensure that they remain in place. They are made to fit on the right side of the head.
These MINI bow clips measure 1 inches long and 0.7 inches tall.
