This bow is made of a jelly fabric that is waterproof. Please note that the nylon headband is not waterproof. The clip used for this bow is a metal clip, and should be dried between use.
It is available on a headband, or a two-prong alligator clip. The cream nylon headbands will fit newborn to child. They are stretchy and will not leave a dent.
